Our fulfillment policy is designed to ensure that your project is handled with precision, care, and delivered within the agreed timeline. Refund Policy


We understand the importance of your investment, and our refund policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction. If our services do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if you encounter significant issues that we cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. This policy is designed to provide peace of mind and assurance that we are dedicated to delivering a product that meets your expectations.

Refunds are processed based on the following conditions: if the final product is not in accordance with the features and specifications outlined in our initial agreement; if there are critical functional deficiencies that we cannot rectify within a reasonable timeframe; or if the project has not been initiated and you choose to cancel within 7 days of the payment. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that we uphold our standards of quality and service.

We will always be willing to engage in dialogue and renegotiate the terms of service to adapt to the technical and economic conditions, and to find a fair solution for both parties. Whatever challenges we may face, we are committed to maintaining our focus on the progress of the project and supporting our clients.


Cancellation Policy


At The OHT, we recognize that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate such instances with understanding and flexibility. Should you need to cancel your project, we kindly request that you notify us at least 30 days in advance. This allows us to reallocate our resources efficiently and assists us in managing our project pipeline.

Cancellations made prior to the commencement of the project will incur no penalty, and any deposits will be fully refunded. If the project is already underway, we will assess the work completed and issue a partial refund based on the percentage of the project that has been delivered. We aim to be fair and transparent, ensuring that our cancellation terms protect both your interests and those of our agency.
